Aegir installation problems
hey guys,
great looking and very interesting profile/distro
I found you on the Transition Towns discussion and I am keen to perhaps use your distro on transition.coop which I am setting-up in 2011
ISSUE 1: downloaded tgz from Dropbox via wget and untarred and it dumped its contents into the root, it didnt create its own folder cmtl-6.x.. etc ... had to manually delete files/folders, create a new folder and untar there again
ISSUE 2: tried to create an Aegir platform (rc1) and it verified ok, but when I create a site in Aegir profusing the profile it doesnt quite work... it installs a default stock/vanilla Drupal - with all all the Community Tools modules, but not configured
super keen on getting this working with Aegir and evaluating rolling-out a hosting platform perhaps using this distro

Hey, thanks for trying us out. Unfortunately we have not tested CT with Aegir and there are no plans to investigate this in upcoming weeks. Would it be possible for you to debug it and give as feedback of where the incompatibility lies?
